1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Spiritus DMC Online Travel Agency, owned by Zvonka Balog, in relation to business travel organization, travel planning, travel inspiration services, and individually tailored travel solutions.

By using our services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Spiritus Services

Spiritus provides business and individual travel planning and organization services, including but not limited to:

  • business travel organization
  • tailor-made individual travel planning
  • accommodation, transportation, and mobility recommendations
  • route suggestions, travel inspiration, and personalized recommendations
  • services related to the Spiritus Private Travel Club membership

Spiritus acts as an organizer and coordinator in travel planning and does not guarantee the availability of specific third-party services (e.g., flights, accommodation, or transportation), unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Prices and Offers

Each trip is planned individually, according to the customer’s needs, preferences, and requirements. All prices and offers are prepared based on an individual inquiry and provided to the customer prior to service confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are expressed in euros (€). Spiritus reserves the right to modify offers and prices prior to the final reservation confirmation or agreement with the customer.

Costs related to third-party services (such as accommodation, transportation, flights, insurance, or additional activities) are subject to the terms, conditions, and pricing of the respective service providers.

4. Reservations and Service Confirmation

A reservation or travel arrangement shall be considered confirmed only after a written agreement, confirmation of an offer, or another clearly expressed confirmation by the customer.

Spiritus organizes services based on previously agreed requirements and information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided (for example, traveler names, dates, contact details, and special requests).

Following confirmation of a reservation or travel arrangement, additional modification or cancellation costs may arise depending on the conditions of the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, or transportation providers).

5. Cancellations and Travel Modifications

The customer may request modifications or cancellation of agreed services at any time. Any modification or cancellation costs depend on the terms and conditions of the respective service providers (for example airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other partners).

Spiritus is not responsible for costs arising from the cancellation or modification policies of third-party service providers.

If Spiritus has already performed organizational or administrative services related to travel planning, Spiritus reserves the right to charge proportionate costs for work already completed.

6. Liability

Spiritus exercises the utmost care in organizing and planning travel in order to provide customers with a reliable and high-quality service. However, Spiritus shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • cancelled or delayed flights
  • changes in schedules or accommodation availability
  • transportation delays
  • weather conditions, strikes, political circumstances, or other force majeure events
  • actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Spiritus assumes no responsibility for damages, additional costs, or inconveniences resulting from the actions of third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

The customer is responsible for possessing valid travel documents, visas, health certificates, and any other requirements necessary for travel.

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Spiritus processes customers’ personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Data is used exclusively for travel organization, communication with the customer, and the provision of agreed services.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the provision of agreed services (for example hotels, transportation providers, airlines, or other partners) or where legally required.

8. Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment for services shall be made according to the previously agreed conditions and deadlines stated in the offer or invoice. Spiritus reserves the right to begin organizing specific services only after confirmation or receipt of the agreed payment, where previously defined.

In the event of delayed payment, Spiritus reserves the right to suspend further organization or provision of services until outstanding obligations have been settled.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions become wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Spiritus reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, particularly to comply with legal requirements or business changes. The current version is always available on this website.

By using Spiritus services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
